摘要
目的:了解医学生与优秀带教医师职业能力相关因素是否存在差异。方法:利用华瑞职业能力测试软件对实习生及优秀带教医师进行调查。结果:在职业性格上,医学实习生在重复型、独立型和机智型得分低于优秀带教医师;在职业能力倾向上前者职业一般能力、语言、形态低于后者,在职业价值观上,优秀带教医师的审美、成就、社会地位和成就方面得分高于医学实习生;差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医学实习生同优秀带教医师在职业能力方面存在差距。
Objective: To investigate the difference of occupational ability between medical interns and excellent tutors. Methods: Medical in- terns and excellent medical tutors were selected and performed the survey. Results: In occupational value, the score of the aesthetic value, achievements and social status of excellent medical tutors were higher than that of the interns. As to the occupational character, the tutors' scores were high in repeat, independence and intelligence. In occupational aptitude, the general ability, language and status were higher in the tutors than the interns. All the differences gave statistical signitlcance ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Difference, exists in occupational ability between medical interns and the excellent medical tutors.
