Contents of Cefazolin Sodium was determined by UV spectrophotometry

利用头孢唑啉钠在紫外区有较强吸收峰的特征,对定量条件进行了考察,制定了头孢唑啉钠的紫外分光光度含量测定法,并与微生物法进行比较。

According to the character that cefazolin sodium results in some stronger absorption peaks in UV area,the author studied some relative quantitative conditions,presented a method to determine contents of cefazolin sodium,that is UV spectrophotometry,which was compared with microbiological analysis method.
