Study on the Technology of Injection Extract Oculi

采用蛋白酶水解法从牛眼球中制备眼明注射液,并与传统工艺——乙醇提取法进行比较,结果表明,该工艺具有操作方便、成本低,收率高等特点。

Injection Extract Oculi was prepared form cattle oculi by proteinase hydrolyzation,and compared this method with traditional technology,the result has indicted that the new proteinase hydrolyzation technology has the characteristics of simplify operation,low prime cost,high yield rate etc.
