中美医学生培养的差异

Difference of qualified medical personnel training model between America and China

文章通过对中美医学生之间的比较,分析了中美两国医学生在人才培养模式、医学体制、思想结构等方面的特点,有助于我们从中找出两国医学生培养方面的不同并认识我国医学生培养方面的不足。根据这些不足有助于建立与完善具有我国特色的医学高等教育培养模式,并将美国的教育理论应用到我们的医学教育的改革中来,从而推动我国医学教育的发展。

This paper analyzes characteristic and difference of the medical personnel training, medical system between America and China. These can give us more experience, which need us to study. Study on eharaeteristics of American higher medical education is hdpful to build- ing our perfect training model. The theory and method can be used to apply our medical education reform and promote our medical education development.
