摘要
提出了应用ZigBee无线通信网络技术实现继电器电寿命试验的控制和检测。通过在上位机(工业控制计算机)加装ZigBee通信模块,负载柜加装MSP430单片机开发板和ZigBee通信模块,实现上位机和试验负载柜之间试验数据的无缝连接,使得电寿命试验的模块化程度更高,提高了设备的可靠性,降低了功耗和试验设备的成本。该设备已研制成功,性能良好,运行稳定。
This paper presented the application of ZigBee wireless communication network technology for relay electrical life test.Through the host computer(industrial computer) equipped with ZigBee communication module,and load cabinet equipped with MSP430 microcontroller development boards and ZigBee communication module to meet the test data exchange between host computer and test load cabinet.Electrical life test technology is more modular,which can improve the reliability of the equipment,reduce the power consumption and the cost of test equipment.The device has been successfully developed,has good performance and stable operation.
