低压并联型有源电力滤波器无差拍控制方法及应用研究

摘要 以某大型冶炼厂谐波治理为应用需求,针对并联型有源电力滤波器,进行了建模分析,并根据PI传递函数的波特图分析了PI参数取值对闭环稳定性的影响。相对于传统PI控制,提出了电流内环的复合校正无差拍控制方法,并从系统响应速度、控制精度等方面进行了仿真对比分析,给出了无差拍控制法调制脉宽的求取。最后,搭建试验平台进行验证。试验结果表明,无差拍复合控制可大幅度提高系统的稳定性和可靠性,谐波治理效果明显,具有一定的理论和实践价值。 To compensate the harmonic of a smelter,in connection with the shunt active power filter,a mathematical model was built.With the model,the effect of the PI parameter on the stability of closed-loop system was analyzed based on the bode features of the PI transfer function.Compared with the traditional PI control method,this paper put forward an inner current loop composite correction dead-beat control method,giving the simulation analysis in the systematic responsiveness and the control accuracy,and proposing the pulse width modulation for this control system.Finally,an experimental platform was built for verification.The results show that,with the dead-beat control method,the stability and reliability of this system are improved greatly.Its good compensation performance shows that the proposed control method is feasible in both theory or practice.
