摘要
设计了一种以高性能DSP芯片TMS320F2812和ARM9芯片AT91SAM9263为核心的便携式电能质量分析仪。介绍了硬件实现方案和软件设计思想,底层DSP平台实现电气参量的采集和算法分析,上层ARM9平台采用嵌入式Linux操作系统,实现分析仪的管理配置、人机界面和联机通信;双CPU间通过SPI总线通信;采用加窗FFT算法和硬件同步交流采样技术,减少了频谱泄露和栅栏效应。该设计能够分析公用电网的电压偏差、频率偏差、三相不平衡度、谐波、电压波动和闪变等电能质量指标,具有GPS对时、事件记录、故障录波等功能。测试结果表明,该分析仪能够满足各项电能质量指标的检测要求。
A portable electrical energy quality analyzer was designed, which used high-performance DSP chip TMS320F2812 and ARM9 chip AT91SAM9263 as the core. The hardware implementation and software design was introduced. The underlying DSP platform was responsible for the acquisition of electrical parameters amt its algorithm analysis; the upper ARM9 platform worked with embedded Linux operating system to achieve the management, configuration, man-machine interface and online communication of analyzer. The dual CPU communicated with each other via the SPI bus. The Analyzer used windowed FFT algorithm and hardware synchronous AC sampling technology to reduce spectral leakage and fence effect. This design not only could analyze voltage deviation, frequency deviation, three-phase unbalance, harmonics, voltage fluctuations and flicker of public supply network, but also could acquire GPS time, log event, record fault, etc. The test results show that the analyzer can meet the testing requirements of electrical energy quality index.
