反向间接血凝法与酶联免疫吸附试验测HBsAg结果评价

The Result Appraisal of the Opposite Directi on Congealed Blood test HBsAg

目的观察两种试验检测 HBsAg 的敏感性,提高乙肝病毒的诊断水平。方法反向间接血凝法和酶联免疫吸附试验。结果反向间接血凝法检测 HBsAg 阳性率占被检总数的5.0％,ELISA 法为6.1％。结论 ELISA 法特异性和敏感性较强,优于反向间接血凝法。

Objective:Watch the sensitiveness of the two kind test HBsAg,raise the level to diagnose HBV. Metheds:The opposite direction congealed blood's method and the”ELISA”test.Results:The positive percentage by the opposite direction congealed blood's method was 5.0% of checked whole,the positive percentage by”ELISA”is 6.1% of checked whole.Conclusions.The specificity and sensitivity of”ELISA”were better.
