摘要
设计了模糊比例积分(Fuzzy-PI)控制器,用以实现对无刷直流电机的双闭环调速。给出无刷直流电机的数学模型,阐述了模糊PI控制器的构建过程,使用matlab软件搭建无刷直流电机的控制系统,分析重点模块,对控制系统进行仿真实验得到了仿真图形。仿真结果表明模糊PI控制器能够加快系统响应时间,减小超调,提高系统的控制精度,具有更好的应用价值。
For realizing the double closed loop speed regulation of Brushless direct current motor,a fuzzy proportional integral controller is designed.The mathematic model of Brushless DC motor is given and the procedure of the construction of the Fuzzy-PI controller is introduced.Then the control system of Brushless DC motor is built by the MATLAB software.The key module is analyzed and the correct simulation graphics is gained by the simulation experiment of the control system.The results of the simulation prove that Fuzzy-PI controller can speed up response time of the system and reduce overshoot,at the same time improve the control precision of the system,which indicates a better application value.
