摘要
利用MMS-200热模拟机研究了X80管线钢的相变规律,采用热膨胀法及金相组织分析手段,建立了连续冷却转变曲线,分析了工艺参数对组织的影响规律。试验结果表明,当冷却速率在5~20℃/s时,可以获得需要的针状铁素体组织。根据相变规律,在济钢4 300 mm宽厚板轧机成功开发了壁厚22 mm高强度、高韧性X80管线钢板。检验结果表明,试验钢板的各项性能指标均满足西气东输二线的技术要求。
The transfomaation law of X80 piw.line steel is studied by using MM$ - 200 simulator. The continuous cooling transformation curiae was established by thermal dilation method and metallographie method, and tile influence of technological parameters on mierostructure was studied. The study results show that desired acieular ferrite can be obtained when cooling rate is 5 -20 ℃/s. High strength and high toughness X80 pipeline steel plate of 22 mrn thick- ness was sueeessful developed on the basis of the transformation law. The test results show that all the property indexes of steel plate satisfy the technical requirements of the Seeond West to East Gas Pipeline Project.
