320MPa级高强度船板表面微裂纹形成原因的分析

摘要 采用金相、扫描电镜对320 MPa级高强度船板表面微裂纹的形成原因进行了研究,发现铸坯表面微裂纹是造成板材表面微裂纹的主要原因,并进一步分析了铸坯表面微裂纹的成因。通过铸坯冷、热装对比试验,指出采取堆垛缓冷的措施可以有效降低板材表面微裂纹的产生。 The formation causes of surface microcracks on 320 MPa grade high strength hull plate are investigated by means of metallographic examination and SEM analysis methods. It is found that the surface microcracks on slab are the major causes of those on steel plate. Further analysis is carried out on the causes of mierocraeks formed on slab sur- face. The results of comparative tests on cold and warm charged slabs show that slow cooling of slabs in pile can effec- tively reduce the surface microcracks formed on steel plate .
