摘要
目前,我国高职院校国际贸易专业普遍采用"先学后工"型实践教学模式。这种模式在实施过程中,若"学"与"工"脱节,很容易变成变相版的2年制大学,影响人才培养效果,因此有必要进行优化。以"2+1""先学后工"实践教学模式为例,其优化重点包括"2"与"1"的有效融合(学工阶段内容互补、学工互为来源或依据),以及对"工"阶段进行有效的安排与管理等措施。通过这些优化措施,以期促进高职外贸高技能人才的培养。
At present international trade major in higher vocational colleges commonly adopts the practical teaching mode of "study ahead of work" in our country.In the process of implementing this mode,if study comes apart from work,it will easily change two-year education and affect the effect of talents' cultivation.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize this mode.Taking the example of practical teaching mode of "2+1" and "study ahead of work",the optimizing emphasis includes the effective combination of two and one,as well as the effective arrangement and management in the stage of work.Through these optimized measures,it expects to promote the cultivation of higher vocational foreign trade high-skilled talents.
