摘要
分别选择转人α-乳清蛋白基因牛(转基因组)及其胚胎移植受体(受体组)和普通牛(对照组)各5头,对3组试验牛进行颈静脉跟踪采血3次,每次间隔14d,分析血常规和血清生化指标.结果表明:在血常规指标中,转基因组牛的红细胞数和血小板显著低于对照组(P<0.05),红细胞平均体积和红细胞平均血红蛋白量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);受体组牛的红细胞数、血红蛋白浓度和红细胞比积均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).在血清生化指标中,转基因组和受体组牛的血清电解质K和P含量均显著小于对照组(P<0.05).转基因组牛的血脂浓度、肌酸激酶活性、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性和尿素氮浓度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而血肌肝浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);受体组牛的血糖浓度、总蛋白浓度和尿素氮浓度等指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而天冬氨酸氨基转移酶活性显著高于对照组(P<0.05).尽管转人α-乳清蛋白基因克隆牛及其胚胎移植受体在某些血常规和血清生化指标上与对照牛存在显著差异,但所有指标均处在健康牛正常值范围内.
Five cows were selected separately from the transgenic carrying human alpha-lactalbumin gene,the receptor and normal cows.Blood samples were taken from the jugular vein for 3 times at intervals of 14 days,and routine hematology and serum biochemistry indexes were determined.The results showed that RBC and PLT of transgenic group were significantly lower than that of control group(P0.05),but MCV and MCH were significantly higher than that of control group(P0.05).RBC,HGB and HCT existed significant lower between receptor and control groups(P0.05).Based on the results of scrum electrolyte,indexes of K and P in both transgenic and receptor groups were significantly lower than that of control group(P0.05).In transgenic group,TC,CK,AST and BUN were significantly lower than that of control group(P0.05),however CER was higher than that of control group(P0.05).In receptor group,GLU,TP and BUN were significantly lower than that of control group(P0.05),on the contrary,AST was higher than that of control group(P0.05).Although there were significant differences in some routine hematology and serum biochemistry indexes among the control,transgenic and receptor groups,but all of those indexes were still in the normal range as the healthy cows.
