微型月季扦插生根能力初步研究

Adventitious root formation of single-node softwood cuttings of 27 miniature rose cultivars and 3 hybrids

研究了27个微型月季品种及3个优良杂种的插穗生根能力。结果表明:微型月季品种之间插穗生根能力存在差异,姬、粉姬、小丁香、白柯斯特等品种的插穗生根能力较强,杂种与亲本之间的插穗生根能力也存在差异,激素IBA对微型月季插穗不定根分化的影响大于对不定根生长的影响,插穗的最长根长与不定根数量及平均根长之间存在极显著的相关性。

There are differences among 27 miniature rose cultivars on adventitious root formation of single-node softwood cuttings,and also between hybrids and their parents.It＇s more effective for IBA in inducing adventitious root formation than in promoting adventitious root elongation.There is highly significant correlation between the length of the longest root of cutting and its root quantity,and also between the length of the longest root of cutting and its average length.
