摘要
本文介绍了20例应用直线型切割吻合器行Ikeda式根治术治疗20例小婴儿先天性巨结肠的护理体会。这种手术具备很多优点,充分的术前肠道准备及术后护理对于手术的成功非常关键。
This article has shown that the nursing comprehension of 20 cases were treated with stapler machine by Ikeda' s modification of Duhamel procedure. There are a lot of advantages of the radical operation in neonatal period and infancy. The successful key to the operation is having enough intestinal canal preparation and postoperation nursing care.
