摘要
目的 探讨神经营养因子 (NGF)和再生室收集液体 (RCF)对神经组织的趋化作用。方法 建立毛细管神经组织生长趋化性模型 ,利用毛细管的毛细和缓释作用并造成活性成分的浓度梯度。实验分NGF组、RCF组和空白对照组 ,每组观察 8枚神经节 ,毛细管分别吸取 10 μlNGF、RCF及单纯培养液 ,与鸡胚神经节共同培养 ,观察神经组织的生长方向。结果 组织培养 72h后 ,神经节组织明显向高NGF及RCF浓度方向生长。结论 NGF和RCF对神经组织生长具有趋化作用。
Objective To evaluate the neurotropic effects of nerve growth factor (NGF) and regeneration chamber fluid (RCF) on the cultured nerve tissue. Methods After the experimental model for neurotropism was established,concentration gradient of the active factors was formed by capillary effects and the subsquent slowed release.The tissue culture was divided into 3 groups: NGF,RCF and the control, each with 8 DRGs being implanted. Then we observed the direction of tissue growth during coculturing. Results There were significant more nerve fibers growing from the DRGs towards the capillaries in all dishes of NGF group, and in 6 of the 8 dishes of the RCF group, after 72 h of culture. Conclusion NGF and RCF had definite neurotropic effects on DRGs tissue.
