摘要
根据超临界直流锅炉动态曲线的特点,对超临界机组和差法解耦后的协调控制系统进行了分析和改进。以某电厂2×600 MW间接能量平衡(IEB)协调控制为例,详细分析了通过引入多个并行前馈信号来改善协调控制方式下的锅炉主控、汽轮机主控的控制品质,减少由反馈积分作用对控制系统性能的影响。
The coordinated control system of the supercritical unit, which has been decoupled by using addition and subtraction method, is analyzed and improved according to the characteristics of the dynamic curve of the supercritical boiler. This paper detailed analyzes the control quality of boiler main control and turbine main control under coordinated control system mode, which has been improved by introducing a number of parallel feedforward signals. A power plant 2 × 600 MW indirect energy balance (IEB) coordinated control system is taken as an example. In this way it can reduce the bad effect of the integral role of feedback on coordinated control system performance.
