摘要 目的 :探讨慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD)患者极量运动后气体交换参数的恢复及其受氨茶碱的影响。方法 :2 6例COPD患者与 2 2名正常男性分别于静脉注射 0 .2 5 g氨茶碱前后作极量运动试验。连续测量运动及其恢复期气体交换参数 ,并计算气体交换参数恢复半衰期和恢复程度。结果 :极量运动后 ,COPD患者气体交换参数恢复的半衰期较正常对照明显延长 ;在运动停止 10min时 ,呼吸各参数恢复程度均在 95 %以上 ,与正常人无明显的差异。呼吸各参数恢复半衰期与最大分时通气量 /最大通气量明显相关。氨茶碱对极量运动后气体交换参数恢复半衰期及其程度无明显影响。结论 :COPD患者极量运动后气体交换参数恢复半衰期较正常人明显延长 ,常规剂量氨茶碱对此无明显影响。 ?Objective:To investigate the recovery of gas exchange variables under the influence of aminophylline in COPD after maximal exercise.Methods:Twenty six COPD patients and 22 normal individuals underwent maximal exercise tests before and after intravenous injection of 0.25 g aminophylline.Gas exchange variables were measured continuously during exercise and its recovery.Recovery half life and degrees of gas exchange variables?were?calculated.?Results:Recovery?half lives?of gas exchange were significantly longer in COPD patients than in the normal individuals.Ten minutes after exercise stop,the degrees of recovery parameters were >95% with no difference from those in the normals.The recovery half life of each parameter was obviously related to maximal minute ventilation/maximal ventilation volume.Aminophylline did not affect the recovery half life and degrees of gas exchange variables in both COPD patients and the normal individuals.Conclusions:Recovery half life of gas exchange in COPD is significantly longer than in the normal individuals and is not influenced by aminophylline in common dosage.
