护理学在职研究生学习动机和学习满意度的相关性研究 被引量:3

The relationship between learning motivation and learning satisfaction among in-service master nursing students

摘要 目的 调查护理学在职研究生学习动机和学习满意度的现状,并分析二者的相关性。方法 采用教育参与量表和学习满意度量表,对190名护理学在职研究生的学习动机和学习满意度进行问卷调查。结果 护理学在职研究生的学习动机总均分为(3.14±0.39)分;学习满意度总均分为(3.60±0.50)分;在职研究生学习动机和学习满意度呈正相关(r=0.292,P<0.01)。结论 护理学在职研究生的学习动机处于中等水平,学习满意度处于中等偏上水平,学习满意度与学习动机呈低度正相关。可通过提高学习动机提高其学习满意度。 Objective To investigate the status of learning motivation and learning satisfaction of in-service master nursing students and to analyze their relationship.Methods Totally 190 in-service master nursing students were investigated with the Education Participation Scale(EPS) and Learning Satisfaction Scale.Results The overall average score of learning motivation was(3.14±0.39);the overall average score of learning satisfaction was(3.60±0.50).There was a positive correlation between learning motivation and learning satisfaction(r=0.292,P0.01).Conclusion The learning motivation of in-service master nursing students is in a medium level and the learning satisfaction is in a medium and higher level.There is a lower positive correlation between learning motivation and learning satisfaction.It is suggested to enhance students' learning motivation to further improve their learning satisfaction.
