高等中医药院校护理专业发展之路的思考

Thinking of the development of nursing with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) characteristics

中医护理专业是我国护理的一大亮点,在我国的医疗保健中发挥了重要作用。但由于各中医药院校对护理学科中医特色的理解与认识不同,在中医护理人才中医特色培养上存在参差不齐的现象,这势必影响中医药院校护理学科的发展。中医护理学科要向科学化、现代化、国际化方向发展,必须借鉴现代护理学的工作方法,加强规范化、标准化建设。质性研究、循证护理的理念与方法是中医护理学科解决目前面临的困境的有效途径。

Nursing with Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） characteristics is one of the highlights of Nursing in China,which plays an important role in China＇ health care.However,wide disparities in cultivation of nursing talents due to different understanding of the TCM feature are bound to affect the development of nursing discipline in Traditional Chinese Medicine universities and colleges.In order to get a scientific,modern and international development,the development path and method of modern nursing should be used as a reference to strengthen standardization construction.Concepts and methods of evidence-based care,and qualitative research are effective ways to solve the current dilemma.
