对护理人员加强多重耐药菌感染培训与督导的实践

Practice of training and supervising nursing staff on multiple antibiotic resistant bacteria infection

目的 探讨培训、督导等干预措施对护理人员护理多重耐药菌感染患者的依从性及效果影响。方法 医院感染管理科与护理部合作,对2011年6～11月我院神经内科6个病区的护理人员共88名进行培训、考核、督导、落实、追踪检查等,内容包括:多重耐药菌的概念、细菌培养耐药监测报告的意义、隔离措施标识、标准防护措施、手卫生及用后物品处理、废物处理等。结果 干预后护理人员对多重耐药菌感染患者规范护理的依从性及效果优于干预前。结论 通过有针对性的干预、督导,护理人员规范护理多重耐药菌感染患者的依从性增强。

Objective To explore the effects of training and supervising nursing staff on multiple antibiotic resistant bacteria infection.Methods The hospital infection management division collaborating with the nursing department conducted training,assessment and supervision,implementation and track inspection on 88 nursing staff from six neurological in-patients wards during June and November,2011.Intervention contents include multiple antibiotic resistant bacteria concept,the significance of bacteria cultures resistance monitoring report,labeling isolation measures,standard protective measures,hand hygiene and used items disposal,and waste products management.Results After the intervention,nursing staff＇s compliance with standard care of multiple antibiotic resistant bacteria infection and effects were better than before.Conclusion Through targeted intervention and supervision,the nursing staff＇ compliance with standard care of multiple antibiotic resistant bacteria infection patients increased.
