摘要
目的 探讨团队辅导方式对溃疡性结肠炎患者自我管理能力的影响。方法 选取106例溃疡性结肠炎的患者,随机分成干预组和对照组。两组均接受常规健康教育,干预组在此基础上接受团队辅导教育,为期6个月。观察干预结束及6个月后两组患者在自我护理能力及生活质量的得分情况。结果 干预组在干预结束和随访6个月后,自我护理能力、生活质量得分均高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论 团队辅导方式能够提高溃疡性结肠炎患者的自我护理能力及生活质量。
Objective To explore the impacts of the team counseling education on self-care abilities of patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods One-hundred and six cases of patients with ulcerative colitis were selected and randomly divided into intervention group and control group.Both groups received regular health education,on this basis intervention group accepted the intervention of team counseling education of self-care abilities.The intervention continued for six months.The scores of self-care abilities and quality of life of the two groups of patients were observed after the intervention and six months later.Results The self-care abilities and the quality of life of intervention group were significantly higher than the control group at both times(P0.001).Conclusion Team counseling education can improve the self-care abilities and quality of life of patients with ulcerative colitis.
