精神科新护士规范化培训方法探讨

Evaluation of the method of the standardized training for the new nurses in psychiatric department

目的 对精神科新护士实施规范化培训,使其尽快适应精神科护士角色,胜任精神科临床护理工作。方法 对2008～2010年毕业来院的54名新护士实施规范化培训,并采用理论考试、操作考核、问卷调查等方法对培训效果进行综合评价。结果 54名精神科新护士培训后理论水平与护理操作水平均显著提高(P<0.01);问卷调查结果显示,经培训,新护士在理论水平、操作技能、精神科专科知识、应急处置能力等方面显著提高。结论 对精神科新护士进行规范化培训可以提高其综合素质、护理"三基"水平、精神科专科理论水平和操作技能,使其在较短的时间内成为一名合格的精神科专业护士。

Objective The new nurses within one years after graduation were given the standardized training in order to accommodate the role of nurses in the psychiatric clinic.Methods The new nurses who graduated from 2008 to 2010 were given standardized training according to the training plan.The training results were comprehensively evaluated by the subjective and objective methods including the theory examination,manipulative examination and questionnaire survey.Results The level of theory and manipulative skill were significantly increased in the 54 new nurses who completed the standardized training.The results of questionnaire survey showed the aspects of theory level,manipulative skill,psychiatric special knowledge,emergency disposal,actual work ability were improved or significantly improved.Conclusion The standardized training for the new nurses in the psychiatric clinic can promote the whole quality,the nursing ＂three bases＂ level and adaptation ability in the psychiatric specialty.The new nurses can become the qualified psychiatric nurses quickly after the standardized training.
