摘要
阿伏苯宗是一种安全、高效的紫外线吸收剂,主要用作化妆品和护肤品的添加剂,同时也是一种很重要的有机合成中间体。采用对甲氧基苯乙酮和对叔丁基苯甲酰氯在氨基钠的作用下制得阿伏苯宗,其结构得到1H NMR和13C NMR的表征,同时获得该反应的最优化条件,即对甲氧基苯乙酮与对叔丁基苯甲酰氯的摩尔比为0.85,在90℃下反应5 h,产率可以达到81.5%。
Avobenzone is a safe and effective ultraviolet absorbent, mainly for cosmetics and skincare additives, but also a very important intermediate for organic synthesis. In this paper, 1 - (4 - methoxyphenyl)ethanone and 4 - tert - butylbenzoyl chloride under the action of sodamide got the avobenzone, the structure was characterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR, also obtained the optimal reaction conditions, that was the yield up to 81.5% at 90 ℃ for 5 h under the reaction conditions of n( 1 - (4 - methoxyphenyl)ethanone) :n(4 - tert - butylbenzoyl chloride) = 0.85.
