^(18)F-FDG PET检查在肿瘤放射治疗中的临床应用

摘要 目的探讨18F-FDG PET检查在恶性肿瘤放射治疗中的临床应用价值。方法对临床已经确诊并拟行放射治疗的65例恶性肿瘤患者在放疗前行18F-FDG PET全身检查,所有患者经PET检查后,测量兴趣区标准化摄取最大值(SUVmax),病灶区SUV≥2.5为阳性。结果 65例患者PET检查后新发现区域及远处淋巴结转移9例,远处脏器转移4例,6例临床分期提高,3例分期降低;共有16例患者放射治疗方法发生变化;7例扩大了照射靶区,4例缩小了照射靶区;10例调整了放疗剂量。结论恶性肿瘤放疗前行PET检查,有助于转移淋巴结的确认,排除可疑病灶组织,可提高肿瘤的诊断和分期的准确性,为放疗靶区的精确勾画、放疗剂量的确定提供有力的依据,进一步提高放疗疗效。
