云南周边国家艾滋病流行现状及其对云南的影响

AIDS Epidemic in the Neighboring Countries Bordering Yunnan of China and Its Impacts on Yunnan

云南与越南、老挝、缅甸三国接壤,这三个邻国都是艾滋病疫情较为严重的国家。随着云南对外开放的深入发展,云南与其周边国家的交往日渐频繁,出国旅游、探亲访友、经贸合作、文化交流以及其它的双边互动活动,使得周边国家的艾滋病流行不可避免地会对云南产生一定的影响。云南受周边国家艾滋病疫情影响的人群主要是边境居民、跨国婚姻人群和跨国流动人群,这三个人群由于与境外人员接触较多,因而受境外艾滋病流行影响最为严重。在当今对外交流已成为不可逆转的趋势下,应该采取措施,将危害降到最小。

Yunnan Province of China borders Vietnam,Laos and Myanmar whose AIDS epidemic is very serious.With its further opening to the outside,Yunnan has more and more exchanges with the three above-mentioned countries.The increasing mutual communication will inevitably make more AIDS epidemic in Yunnan.The infected people in Yunnan are mainly border residents,transnational marriage groups and transnational migrants.Nowadays,foreign exchange has become an irreversible trend.Thus,the authorities concerned should take measures to minimize the harm.
