A Brief Review of the Basic Educational Reform in Laos

摘要 20世纪80年代以来,老挝掀起了深入而广泛的教育改革运动,并一直持续到现在,其中的基础教育改革是改革的重点。对老挝基础教育改革的主要措施以及主要内容的研究表明,提高教师待遇、加强师资培训是稳定并扩大师资队伍的关键,而注重教师职业发展与课程教学方法和教学内容以及学生学业成绩评估之间的关联性,对于有效地实施课程改革至关重要。 Since the 1980s,Laos has carried out an extensive and far-reaching education reform with a focus on its basic education.The major measures of such reform are the improvement of teachers′ training and payment while its teacher education and the correlation between teaching and students′ achievements play a key role.
