全程护理干预对心肌梗死介入治疗康复期心率变异性的影响 被引量:4

The effect of all -round nursing on heart rate variability of the patients with acute myocardial infarction by percutaneous coronary intervention therapy during the rehabilitation

摘要 目的探讨全程护理干预在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者康复时心率变异性的影响。方法连续选择急性心肌梗死患者102例,随机分为全程护理组51例(简称ANG),给予全面系统的护理治疗;一般护理组51例给予一般护理(简称CNG),出院时比较两组患者心率变异性差异。结果全程护理干预组心率变异性增大,两组比较有显著的统计学差异。结论急性心肌梗死行介入治疗时进行系统的全程护理有助于患者心电活动的恢复。 Objective To study the effect of all - round nursing on heart rate Variability (HRV) of the patients with acute myocardial infarction by percutaneous coronary intervention therapy during the rehabilitation. Methods The continouse 102 subjects were randomly divided into systemic nursing group (51 cases, short for ANG) and common nursing group (51 cases, short for CNG), the patients of SNG were received systemic nursing therapy, while the patients of CNG received common nursing therapy. When they were discharged, to observe the differences of HRV of two groups. Results The heart rate variability (HRV) was greatly elevated, there was statistical significance ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusions The systemic nursing therapy is benifieial for the recovery of electric activity in the patients with myocardial infarction.
