摘要
研究了金川矿区镍黄铁矿在自诱导无捕收剂条件下的浮选行为。结果表明:镍黄铁矿在相应的矿浆电位下,在2.6<pH<12的范围内,都可实现自诱导浮选;利用电化学方法阐明了矿物表面氧化反应机理以及证明了实现镍黄铁矿浮选的主要疏水物质是单质硫。
A research was taken on the flotation behavior of pentlandite in the self-induced conditions,The test proved that the self-induced flotation could be achived by corresponding the pulp potential of pentlandite and the pH range from 2.6 to 12.Cyclic voltammetry curves and thermodynamic calculations clarified the mechanism of surface oxidation of pentlandite and showed that the hydrophobic substances was sulfur.
