摘要
目的在STAGO全自动血凝仪上,合理运用免疫比浊法的3种测量模式定量测定D二聚体,为临床提供准确可靠的数据。方法应用法国STAGO-Evolution全自动血凝分析仪,用D/C、D/3、D/4等3种测定程序分别定量测定共90份混合血浆标本的D二聚体(D-dimer,D-D)的血浆水平,并对正常/异常D二聚体浓度水平作重复性和稳定性实验。所得数据利用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 D二聚体水平>1.5μg/ml时,3种免疫比浊法定量测定D二聚体水平无显著差异,D二聚体水平<1.5μg/ml时,D/C与D/3、D/4定量测定D二聚体水平有显著差异。结论在实际工作中,我们应该针对每个医院的疾病种类,根据自身实验室的特点,合理运用仪器测量程序定量测定D二聚体,为临床提供准确可靠的D二聚体数值,同时节省检测成本。
Objective STAGO automatic coagulation analyzer, rational use of immune than three meas- urement mode of the turbidimetric method of quantitative determination of D-dimer, to provide accurate and re- liable data for clinical. Methods STAGO-Evolution, France fully automated coagulation analyzer, quantitative determination of D/ C, D/3, D/4 of three measurement procedures, a total of 90 hybrid plasma specimens of D-dimer plasma levels, and normal/abnormal D-dimer concentration level for repeatability and stability exper- iments. The data obtained using SPSS 13.0 software for statistical analysis. Results D-dimer level 〉 1.5 μg/ ml three kinds of immune turbidinletric determination of D-dimer levels no significant differences in D dimer levels 〈 1.5 μg/ml the D/ C, and D/3 D/4 quantitative determination of D- dimer levels were significantly different. Conclusion In practical work, we should be for each hospital type of illness, according to the char- acteristics of their own laboratory, the rational use of instruments to measure program quantitative determination of D- dimer, to provide accurate and reliable for clinical D- dimer values, while saving the detection costs.
