摘要
目的:建立舒新片中丹皮酚的含量测定方法。方法:用高效液相色谱法对舒新片中丹皮酚进行定量分析,色谱柱为KromsalC18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(60∶40);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长274nm。结果 :丹皮酚在0.021~0.105mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9997;平均加样回收率为99.07%,RSD为0.36%。结论:该方法简单、准确、专属性强、重复性好,可有效控制舒新片中丹皮酚的含量。
Objective: To establish the content determination method of paeonol in Shuxin Pills. Methods: The quantitative analysis of paeonol in Shuxin Pills was established by HPLC with Kromsal C18 chromatographic column (250mm× 4.6mm, 5μm), mobile phase methanol-water (60:40), 1.0 mL/min flow rate, 274nm detection wavelength. Results: The linear ranges were 0.021-0.105 mg/ml with good positive correlation, r was 0.9997. The average recovery rate was 99.07% and RSD was 0.36%. Conclusion: The established methods are accurate, exclusive, reproducible and suitable for the quality control of paeonol in Shuxin Pills.
