摘要
目的:通过调查护理学生人文素质的教育现状,提出相应的对策和建议,提高护理学生人文素质教育的实效性。方法:随机抽取某医科大学护理学院1-4年级在校学生共600人进行问卷调查。采用自行编制的《护理学生人文素质教育状况调查问卷》。内容主要包括护理学生人文素质教育现状和护理本科生对人文素质教育存在不足的看法两方面内容。接受专业培训的调查员组织调查对象在课余时间按照调查员的说明指导完成。结果:现有教育资源下有73.7%学生经过人文素质教育获得了相应的价值,但仍有26.7%的学生没有收获,可见当下的人文素质教育仍不能满足学生的需求。调查结果显示学校的人文素质教育从课程设置和授课内容都较为不理想。结论:学校各方面应充分利用资源,制定相应的对策来提高护理专业学生的人文素质,发扬医学人文精神。
Objective: To investigate the humanistic quality of the nursing students in the education of corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, improve the effectiveness of the quality education of nursing students in humanities. Methods: 600 students, randomly selected from Grade 1-4 students in the nursing department of a medical college, were conducted a questionnaire survey, which is prepared by their own. The survey has two sections: view of deficiency in human quality education and nursing undergraduate nursing students. The investigation was conducted under instructions of the professional training investigators. Results: 73.7% of the students after the humanistic quality education obtained the corresponding value under the existing educational resources, but the other 26.7% of students did not. It showed the quality of humanities education still can not meet the needs of students. The results indicated humanistic quality education in schools was unsatisfactory from the curriculum and teaching content. Conclusion: Schools should make full use of resources to develop appropriate strategies and improve the human qualities of the nursing students, thus carry forward the spirit of the Medical Humanities.
