扶正复甲合剂治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退症30例 被引量:11

摘要 目的观察以温补脾肾、祛瘀化浊为组方原则的扶正复甲合剂治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退症的临床疗效。方法 60例原发性甲状腺功能减退症患者随机分为两组,均常规给予左甲状腺素钠片替代治疗,治疗组另予扶正复甲合剂,每天3次口服,1个月为1个疗程,3个疗程后评定疗效。结果治疗后两组均可降低症状评分(P<0.05),治疗组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组左甲状腺素钠激素用量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血脂均降低(P<0.05),治疗组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论扶正复甲合剂可以明显改善甲状腺功能减退症患者症状,减少甲状腺激素替代剂量,降低患者血脂水平。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treating primary hypothyroidism by Fuzheng Fujia Mixture (FFM) with formula composing principles of warming and tonifying Pi and Shen, and eliminating blood stasis and removing turbid substances. Methods Totally 60 patients with primary hypothyroidism were randomly assigned to the treated group and the control group, 30 in each group. All were treated by Levothyroxine Sodium Tablet (LST) as routines. Those in the treated group took FFM additionally, 3 times daily, one month as 1 therapeutic course. The therapeutic efficacy was assessed after three therapeutic courses. Results After treatment the symptom scores were significantly reduced in the two groups (P0.05). The decrement was larger in the treated group than in the control group (P0.05). The dose of LST was significantly lower in the treated group than in the control group (P0.05). The blood lipids levels were significantly reduced in the two groups after treatment (P0.05). The decrement was significantly larger in the treated group than in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion FFM could obviously improve the symptoms of hypothyroidism patients, reduce the replacement dose of thyroid hormone, and lower the blood lipids levels.
