腹股沟疝围手术期抗菌药物应用调查与分析

Analysis of the Perioperative period Antimicrobial Agents in Inguinal Hernia Survey

目的了解我院腹股沟疝手术围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况,为加强临床合理使用抗菌药物提供理论依据。方法随机抽查我院2008年1月—2011年12月出院的腹股沟疝患者病历110份,采用回顾性分析,对其在围手术期抗菌药物的应用情况进行调查。结果我院腹股沟疝手术围手术期抗菌药物使用率为100%,单一用药患者比例为90.9%,92.7%的患者在术前0.5～2h内预防性给药,抗菌药费用占总费用的10.33%。结论我院腹股沟疝手术围手术期抗菌药物使用情况不尽合理,还存在很大的提升和整改空间,需进一步加强监督以促进临床合理用药。

Objective Learn the antimicrobial drug usage in groin hernia surgery around operative and provide a theoretical basis to strengthen the rational use of antimicrobial agents.Methods A random check of the 110 cases of inguinal hernia medical records of patients from 2008.1 to 2011.12,a retrospective analysis to investigate the application of antimicrobial agents in the perioperative period.Results Inguinal hernia surgery perioperative antimicrobial drug use was 100%,patients with single agent was 90.9%,92.7% patients in the preoperative 0.5 to 2h preventive administration and antimicrobial drug costs to total costs of 10.33%.Conclusions The use of antibiotics in inguinal hernia surgery of perioperative period is not reasonable,there is a big improvement and rectification of space,need to further strengthen supervision in order to promote rational clinical use of drugs.
