溃疡性结肠炎虚实证型与血清Tuftsin及SIL-2R水平研究

Study of the Relationship between Excess or Deficiency Syndrome of Ulcerative Colitis and the Levels of Tuftsin and SIL - 2R

测定６０例溃疡性结肠炎（ＵＣ）病人周围血液中四肽激素（Ｔｕｆｔｓｉ及可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平，并与健康成人对照，结果显示ＵＣ病人存在血清Ｔｕｆｔｓｉｎ水平下降（Ｐ＜０ ．０１），ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明ＵＣ发病与机体免疫损伤有关。

When the levels of Tuftsin and SIL - 2R in the peripheral blood of 60 patients of ulcerative colitis are measured and compared with those of the healthy adults, it is shown that the level of Tuftsin in the UC patients decreases (P < 0. 01 ) and that of SIL -- 2R increases (P < 0. 01 ). This indicates that the occurrence of ulcerative colitis has something to do with the immunologic injury of the body.
