复方花刺参制剂抗凝血机制的实验研究 被引量:12

摘要 本研究旨在探讨复方花刺参制剂 (Stichopus variegatus Compoud ST复合剂 )对大鼠血浆 TXB2 、6-keto- PGF1α、PGE2 、Fg及其对大鼠血小板聚集的影响。实验采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA法 )测定各组大鼠血浆中 TXB2 、6- Ke- PGF1α、PGE2 的水平 ;另外 ,采用免疫比浊法测定两组大鼠血浆中纤维蛋白原 (Fg)的含量 ,并同时观察各组大鼠 3min,1 0 min内的血小板聚集率。结果表明 :实验组 TXB2 、PGE2 、Fg血浆含量均低于对照组 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,而 6- Keto- PGF1α含量则高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5)。同时 ,两组大鼠 3min、1 0 min血小板聚集率亦有显著差异 (P<0 .0 0 1 )。有上述可见 :ST复合剂能明显降低大鼠血浆中 TXB2 、PGE2 水平 ,升高 6- K- PGF1α水平 ,降低血浆中 Fg含量 ,抑制血小板聚集 ,是抗凝血 ,防血栓形成的有效药物。 To study the effect of Stichopus Variegatus Compound (ST co.) on the rat's plasmic TXB 2、6-K-PGF 1α 、PGE 2、Fibrinogen (Fg) and platelet aggregation.. In this experiment, ELISA was performed to measure the rats' plasmic TXB 2、 6-K-PGF 1α 、 PGE 2 of each group. In addition, Immune nephelometry assay was imployed to analysis the level of rats' plasmic Fg, in the mean time, Platelet aggregation meter was used in observing the ratio of rats' platelet aggregation at 3 min. and 10 min, respectively. The results showed that the plasmic level of TXB 2、 PGE 2、 Fg of treated group was distinctively lower than that of control group, and the content of 6-K-PGF 1α was higher than that control group (P<0.05), and the ratio of platelet aggregation of treated group was significantly different vs control group (P<0.001). The study suggested that ST co. can significantly reduce the level of rats' plasmic TXB 2、 Fg、 PGE 2 ad elevate the level of 6-K-PGF 1α ; It also plays a role of inhibiting platelet aggregation. ST co. is an effective drug of anti coagulation and thrombosis.
