42CrMoA钢回转支撑圈热处理工艺改进研究

摘要 通过分析42CrMoA钢回转支撑圈原热处理工艺出现的问题,提出采用完全退火处理取代正火处理,并通过试验确定退火温度,使退火后锻件的力学性能和晶粒度符合技术要求。 By analyzing the problems occurred in original heat treatment process of 42CrMoA steel rotary support ring, this paper brings forward that applying full annealing instead of normalizing and determining annealing tempera- ture by test in order to make mechanical properties and grain size of forging after annealing meet technical require- ments.
