摘要
对健身俱乐部管理人员、健身指导人员、会籍顾问等人才需求情况和当前社会体育专业课程设置现状进行了分析,认为二者之间存在反差。提出社会体育专业应对健身俱乐部人才需求的人才培养路径:优化专业与课程设置,突出专业特色;确定目标市场,增强竞争优势;培育实习基地,以就业岗位为导向强化岗位技能。旨在为社会体育专业和健身俱乐部的发展提供依据。
The research makes analysis into the demand of the fitness club management personnel, fitness instructors, member- ship consultants and the present situation of the curriculum design of the social sports program, and thinks that there are contrast between them. It puts forward the cultivating path of the talents for social sports major needed by the fitness club: optimize professions and curriculum design, highlight professional characteristics, determine the target market, enhance the competitive advantage, cultivating practice base, strengthen post skills on the basis of employment post to provide reference for social sport major and the development of fitness clubs.
