试论太极推手的发展方向——由竞技太极推手最后发放技法的典例分析谈起

The Analysis on the Development of Typical Taiji Pushing Hands——from the Analysis on the Typical Example of the Final Techniques of Taiji Pushing Hands

太极推手伴随着太极拳的传承与演变而不断发展,在《太极拳论》与各代太极大师的逸事中,对太极推手技法的描述多处于一种理想状态。通过对太极推手的实践分析,尤其是对竞技太极推手中最后发放的典例技术动作的三维录像解析,认为太极推手实践中的技法与其理论差距较大,竞技太极推手经过数十年的发展,仍形似变异的站立式摔跤,很难用拳论中描述的那些精彩技法来吸引观众;太极推手不适宜作为一种纯技击性的竞技运动走上擂台。

Taiji Pushing Hands has been developing with the inheritance and evolution of taijiquan. In the book named ＂On taijiquan＂ and the anecdotes of taiji master, the description of Taiji Pushing Hands＇ techniques is confined to an ideal state. In this study, we have analyzed through the practice, especially analysis on the typical example of the final techniques of the three-dimensional video of Taiji Pushing Hands. The Taiji Pushing Hands＇ ideal theory and practice techniques have large gap. After decades of development, the competitive Taiji Pushing Hands is still similar to the standing wrestling and it is very difficult to use the wonderful techniques in the description of taijiquan theories to attract the audience. Therefore, Taiji Pushing Hands is not suitable to step on the arena as a pure competitive sport.
