摘要 本论文研究了槐米人参对昆明小白鼠的抗疲劳作用,分别采用对照、低浓度、中浓度、高浓度4组不同浓度(生理盐水、0.2 mg/kg、0.6 mg/kg、1.0 mg/kg)溶液对小鼠进行负重游泳实验。结果表明:槐米人参对昆明小白鼠游泳时间延长有一定影响,其影响程度达到了极显著水平(P<0.01)。说明槐米人参有较好的抗疲劳功能,其延长时间以高浓度组最长。 This paper researched on Sophora japonica-ginseng base on the anti-fatigue effect of mice.Using the solution of 4 different concentrations which are reference substance,low,middle and high concentrations(physiological saline,0.2 mg/kg,0.6 mg/kg and 1.0 mg/kg) respectively.The results show that Sophora japonica-ginseng has a certain influence on lengthening time of swimming of mice,and it reached very significant level(P0.01).In addition,the Sophora japonica-ginseng has better function to anti-fatigue,and the high concentration is the longest time to swim of mice.
