疑难病例析评第283例拇指外伤-发热-肺部阴影

摘要病历摘要患者男，45岁，因“发热伴咳嗽、咳痰1个月”于2011年8月25日入院。患者于2011年7月16日右拇指被砸伤，局部少量出血，自行以白酒局部消毒，3d后局部结痂愈合。
