An Empirical Study of Vocational Education in Response to the Challenges of STCW Convention——Taking Nantong Vocational &Technical Shipping College as an Example

文章以南通航运职业技术学院航海教育与培训为例,分析研究了STCW公约马尼拉修正案对我国航海教育与培训所带来的影响和该校为应对这一挑战所采取的对策,对我国职业教育机构应对国际公约的发展与挑战具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。

This article,taking marine education and training in Nantong Vocational Technical Shipping College as an example,studies the influence of Manila Amendment to STCW Convention on China＇s marine education and training as well as the corresponding countermeasures to approach the challenge,which will be of significance in reference and guidance for China＇s vocational education institutions in this field.
