摘要
文章深入分析了高职院校在"顶岗实习"中存在的问题,并从教育动员、提高专业对口率、加强实习指导、构建管理网络平台等方面提出了相应的解决措施,具有一定的指导意义。
Based on an analysis of the existing problems in internship in vocational colleges,this article puts forward corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of mobilization,increasing the rate of major fitting,strengthening practice guidance as well as constructing the network platform of management,which will be of significance in guidance.
