航海院校强化实践教学的几点思考

文章针对STCW公约马尼拉修正案对航海教育质量提出的更高实践教学要求,分析了实践教学在提高航海教育质量中的作用,阐述了航海院校实践教学存在的不足,提出了强化实践教学以提高航海教育质量的对策建议。

In view of the higher requirements raised by Manila amendments to STCW Convention on practice teaching in maritime education,this article,based on an analysis of the functions that practice teaching performs in improving the quality of maritime education,expounds the flaws in practice teaching in maritime colleges.In addition,it puts forward countermeasures in strengthening practice teaching so as to improve the quality of maritime education.
