高血压病是严重危害人类健康最常见的疾病之一 ,同时 ,高血压患者对此病缺乏足够的认识 ,因此 ,在对社区 44 77人进行普查的基础上 ,对已查出的 97例高血压患者随机抽取 2 7例进行社区护理干预 ,使其提高对高血压病的认识 ,改变其不良的生活方式 ,采取综合措施控制血压 ,从而提高高血压患者的自我保健能力和健康水平。

Hypertension is one of the most serious disea\ses and the patient is short of the knowledge of hypertension.Basd on general investigating a community with poulation 4477,97cases of hypertension patients were selected to use the community intervention to upgrade their recognition,change life style and control the blood pressure,so that improve the hypertension patientscapacity of self protection and health level.
