摘要
详细阐述了尖山精矿配加 H.I矿粉的实验室试验、工业试验及高炉使用情况。试验表明 ,随着尖山精矿配比升高 ,烧结矿产量、品位和转鼓强度下降 ,冶金性能恶化。并根据试验有针对性地提出了降低尖山精矿的 Si O2 含量、配加部分低 Si O2 富矿粉和采取小球团烧结的措施。
The laboratory and commercial experiments of Jianshan iron ore concentrates with proportioning H. I fine ores and BF operating effect were described in detail.The experiments show that, as the proportioning rate of Jianshan concentrates increased the output,grade and TI of sinters were decreased, the metallurgical properties were worsen.The countermeasures such as decreasing SiO 2 content of Jianshan concentrates,partly proportioning low SiO 2 fine ores and using MPS process were proposed.
