中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶在寻常型银屑病患者血清中的表达及意义

Expression and Implication of Neutrophil Elastase in Serum of Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的:探讨中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(neutrophil elastase,NE)在寻常型银屑病发病中的作用和意义。方法:实验组寻常型银屑病患者40例,对照组40例,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测两组人群血清中NE的表达。结果:寻常型银屑病患者血清中NE的表达水平明显高于对照组(t=9.07,P<0.01),表达水平与病情严重程度相关(r=0.828,P<0.01)。结论:NE在寻常型银屑病患者血清中高表达,且与疾病严重程度呈正相关。

Objective： To explore the role of NE in the pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods： Venous blood was collected from 40 individuals with psoriasis vulgaris and 40 control in- dividuals without psoriasis. NE was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results：Ex pression level of NE in serum of patients with psoriasis vulgaris was significantly higher than that of normal controls （ t=9. 07 ,P 〈0. 01 ）, and expression level of NE was positively related to severity of illness （ r = 0. 828, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Expression level of NE is high in patients with pso riasis vulgaris and it may indicate severity of illness.
