摘要
介绍了密云“一步法”直接还原工厂的主要设计特点及设备设计特点 ,其工厂设计的主要特点是 ,总图布置紧凑 ,主工艺流程完善 ,采取了防止结圈的有效措施。在设备参数及结构的选择上 ,吸取了国内的实践经验 ,还吸收了近年来国外的最新技术。
The main design features of Miyun “One Step DR ” process project and the equipment selection were presented in this paper. The main design features include tightly general layout, perfect process flowsheet and effective rining countermeasures. On the selection of equipment parameters,not only the inland experiences were absorbed, but also the new techniques developed abroad in resent years were taken.
