摘要
用扫描电镜、大型金相显微镜观察分析连铸高碳钢线坯断裂的断口 ,结果表明 :造成线坯断裂的主要原因是线坯中的非金属夹杂物超标 ,线坯的组织不稳定、不均匀。根据这一结果 ,提出了改善高碳钢线坯质量的建议。
Fracture section of wirebar of high-Carbon steel was analysed by SEM and large —size metallograph microscope. The results showed that major cause for breaking of wirebar was more nonmetallic inclusions in the steel than standard value, heterogeneous and non-stationary microstructure of wirebar. For the reasones above, methods on improving wirebar quality were proposed.
