摘要
介绍了涟钢热送热装的基本工艺路线和 4个发展阶段 ;分析了热送热装在降低企业加热炉综合燃耗、减少重油消耗、减少中间坯库存等方面的作用 ;阐述了企业开展热送热装与促进企业工艺和产品结构优化之间的关系 ,并结合目前热送热装工作存在的问题 ,提出了今后研究和工作的方向。
The basic technology and four stages of developing hot delivery and hot charge were introduced. Effects of hot delivery and hot charge were analyzed. The effects were that hot delivery and hot charge could induce fuel and oil consumption of billet furnace, oddment of semifinished metal. Relation between hot delivery and hot charge and modification of technology and product construction was described. Based on existential problems on hot delivery and hot charge in this company, futural development direction was proposed.
